| Responsibilities: |
| |
- Manage a team of sales administration staff to ensure the day-to-day operational activities are carried out timely and efficiently
- Vet letters, SPAs, DMCs and other related legal documents to safeguard the Company’s interests
- Liaise closely with Purchasers, Solicitors and Bankers on SPAs and loan documentation to ensure speedy loan drawdown
- Administer developer software system (Wiz Developer)
- Coordinate closely with the project team to ensure progress billings and collections are carried out timely
- Attend to difficult purchasers and resolve complaints concerning LAD, late payment charges, etc

| Requirements: |
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years similar experience with an established property developer
- Good exposure in relation to master title, leasehold individual title, strata landed title and strata subdivided title
- Familiar with consent on transfer from State Authorities
- Sound hands-on application of Wiz Developer software
- Ability to use MS Word and Excel
- Simple accounting knowledge is essential
