Property Development
Property Development is the core business of Malton Berhad. The Group has established a solid presence in the local property market having completed more than RM4 billion worth of developments in the country. The vast array of developments includes townships, luxury homes, landed and high-rise residences, offices and commercial properties in prime areas of Greater Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Melaka and Johor.
Riding on its proven track record, the Property Development division continues to achieve high take-up rate for its development projects. Malton’s products are differentiated with innovative lifestyle which have been well received in the market.
Construction
Construction and Project Management division contributes significantly to the Group’s business through its wholly-owned subsidiary Domain Resocurces Sdn Bhd. This division offers integrated services ranging from design, conceptualisation, feasibility studies, development management to construction works for both commercial and residential projects.
The Group has completed renowned and large scale private developments including shopping malls, highway interchange, aircraft engineering complex, residential townships and high-rise developments. Leveraging on its strong and wide technical expertise, the Construction and Project Management division will continue to bid and secure new contracts to enhance its book value. To date, this division has managed and completed projects with contract value worth more than RM3 billion.
