| Pursuant to the proposed acquisition the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Austin Heights Sdn Bhd by Malton Berhad ("Malton" or "Company"), the Company had, on 29 September 2009, entered into a Supplemental Agreement with Southcon Builders Sdn Bhd.
