The Board of Directors of Malton wishes to announce a proposed internal restructuring whereby the Company will acquire 3,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Regal Marvel Construction Sdn Bhd (“RMC”) from Khuan Choo Realty Sdn Bhd (“KCR”) for cash consideration of RM34,454,441.96.
RMC is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of KCR which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Malton.
