| The Board of Directors of Malton Berhad is pleased to announce that on 16 March 2010, Kumpulan Gapadu Sdn Bhd (373047-V) (“KGSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malton, has acquired 51 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each, representing 51% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Pioneer Haven Sdn Bhd (879237-A) (“PHSB”) for a cash consideration of RM51.00 Only (“Acquisition).
