| The Board of Directors of Malton Berhad (“Malton” or “Company”) wishes to inform that further to the acquisition of 51% interest in the issued and paid-up share capital of Pioneer Haven Sdn Bhd (“PHSB”) which comprises 51 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each by Kumpulan Gapadu Sdn Bhd (373047-V) (“KGSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malton, KGSB had on 16 March 2010 acquired 49 Ordinary Shares of RM1.00 each in PHSB, representing 49% of the issued and paid-up share capital of PHSB for a cash consideration of RM49.00 Only ("Acquisition"). PHSB is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of KGSB.
